A lifted injector or a bad O-ring on an injector can send a load of fuel into the cylinder because of the fuel pump.
I agree with you on a possible lifted stick...
But if they arent all lifted... how is that fuel getting past the crush washer? They normally hold up to compression + combustion pressure... so 60psi or so from the back side shouldnt leak...
Badly... badly damaged cup...
Or cracked head comes to mind...
To the Op:
Are you still seeing fuel from only 1 cylinder?
Try this...
Stop turning the key on...
Drain the fuel bowl...
Crank the truck from the starter selonoid by arcing the terminals.
Report back when it stops spitting fuel and you get compression numbers.
I would like to see pictures of how you have the compression testing rig set up.

Its free...
Then you can post pictures with links.
You are borderline on 1&7 but i wouldnt think you would start seeing the really rough running until around 300 or lower... were you able to identify any injector spouts not spitting oil?
One thought comes to mind with that compression countdown... and it answers the question about fuel getting past the crush washers: Bad washers and O-rings. O-rings are so easy and inexpensive... I've done it here and there a number of times. I even keep them on-hand now.
Is it possible that internally... an injector has failed... and stuck open, or seals blown... allowing fuel to spew str8 out the nozzle at pump pressure... as soon as the key gets turned on.
I guess i dont understand oil spitting out of spouts
you have to pull the valve covers off, start the truck, then look at the injectors to see if oil is coming out of the spouts. it will make sense when you see it.
I PULLED THAT INJECTOR THAT WAS STICKING AND FOUND THAT THE COPPER WASHER WAS NO LONGER THERE.
if its not on the injector tip, then it must be down in the cup still. if its not their either, then it must have not been installed the last time some one had the sticks out. it would be a good idea for you to put a new o-ring kit on before reinstalling the injector. bob sell them at diesel o-rings.
THAT A GOOD PRICE,BUT I JUST GOT A SET OF O-RINGS FRIDAY AT BAKER DIESEL FOR $12.00,A CUP AT ED KENLEY FORD FOR $18.00,AND 2 GP AT BAKER'S FOR $20.00 EA. NOW IM TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO GET THE CUP OUT
