94 F-150 Front Suspension

I have a 1994 F150 4x4 4.9l. It has independent suspension. I am currently lifting the front end a total of 4 inches. The rear i can do with no problem. I already have ordered the coil springs and the shocks. My question is do you have to change any of the steering components or anything to get the alignment right. I know i will have to change the caster camber adjusters to get it right but i dont know if that would give me enough to get the alignment right.

2wd or 4wd

But really, just coils is gonna really screw up your truck.
You need pivot drop brackets and stuff as well. Dropped pitman also
Camber bushings won't do much to realign the angle of the tires with 4" lift coils.

you wont be able to drive that truck with just 4inch lift coils in there lolol, and drop brackets are the expensive part of the lift , you shoulda bought a kit. And your alignement will never be perfect once you lift that.

What size are stock coils for 94 rwd 133 inch wheelbase

I have a 1994 F150 rwd 133 wheelbase and I think have the wrong size coils. Which coils do i need because I have no idea. The car has a/c and the coils I do have are about 16 inches free height but the coils in my truck are about 10 inches is it because they are compressed? I need help

Yes, your coils are compressed. You could jack on the frame and make the suspension droop to get a more accurate measurement. Any coil for the F150 will work. There aren’t many to choose from. You’re good to go buddy.
