Power steering

So, this is gonna sound really dumb, but here it goes.

Tomorrow a family friend of mine is buying my bronco, and usually I wouldn't care, but since he's a friend, i wanted to make sure the power steering, atf fluid, coolant etc was filled and everything, as i started to look I realized I have no idea where the power steering bottle is. But I found what i think is it.

Is it the tube going into the engine under the AC pulley and by the alt? I would take a photo, but for some reason or another it goes it too small. A photo would be nice if you can find one so i know for sure.

If we take of our tires in shop our teacher won't let us leave if we don't torque it down to spec.

My shop teacher taught us about it and made sure we earned it. But I got lazy and expected the impact gun would have got them tight enough... Same thing happened to my step dad years ago, now me. It sure did wake me up that morning though...
