open the hood, find the blower motor on the heater box on the right side of the truck near the firewall, use a 5/16 nut driver to remove the 3 mounting screws, unplug the one wire harness, and pull it out. if necessary, the resistor is right next to it held by 2 screws.
i suggest cleaning the inside of the heater box as much as you can, as mice tend to leave piles of junk in there. i also suggest replacing the fan blade with the motor, as you'll probably damage the old one while removing it from the motor. your local parts store should be able to get one next day.
What seems to be wrong with your blower? Sometimes the resistors can fail, if so you might only have high speed. Cleaning the inside of the box is crucial!! This design is notorious for catching fire as leaves would accumulate against the resistors.
