Yeah, I've really been wanting an IDI. They get good MPG and are reliable. They're pretty cheap too. An IDI will most likely be my next truck. Want one with a straight body though.

How bout this: How hard would it be to convert the ol PSD to 4wd? I may be getting a 4wd F-350 parts truck for free soon so Ill have a D60 layin around

Sounds like a plan! Go for it and sell the IDI when it's done.

I have no idea what it entails lol. I have a good idea though:
Remove the front suspension
Box the frame
Locate and drill holes for shackles
Bolt up the axle
Swap in a 4x4 tranny w/ t-case
Not sure about the crossmember
Bolt up the front driveshaft and shorter rear driveshaft
Cut hole in floor for shifter
Tada. 6 wheel drive!
Whew a lotta work
