I am in the process of putting the original wheel back onto my 1975 F350 supercab camper special.
I have found that at some point the drivers side front, passenger side front, and passenger side rear wheel studs were all changed to 1/2-20-RH sized studs. Only the drivers side rear studs were kept the original 9/16-18 (LH) wheel studs.
I don't know why this was done.
My question is, is it worth putting all the 1/2-20 studs back to 9/16-18?
The stock stud was engineered for the GVW rating of the truck .. I wouldn't worry about it unless you are planning on running at max GVW then I would definitely go with the stock studs
