1991 f-150 not starting

So my dad started a project that I took over replacing a bad engine with a good one of the exact same year. It is the 300 inline 6. I have fuel pressure, spark, and power to the injectors and it still wont start. I can start it with carb cleaner. Has anyone had an issue like this before? If so what should I do? I just took the bad gas out and put fresh gas in and nothing still. I have another set of injectors and a fuel rail if needed. Could all my injectors be bad?

HELP!

It is possible to be your injectors. Or you can have a block in your rail. What kind of fuel pressure do you have? I think its supposed to have 40 PSI i think...

I have seen junk yard engines with most or all injectors stuck . It is not uncommon for a salvage yard engine to sit with rotten fuel in the rail for months . I would flow ck the injectors and or replace them with your known good ones .
