TMPS interchangable?

for the guys with aftermarket wheels, when you got them, were you able to move your TMPS sensor over to the new wheels, if so what was required to do so? tried researching this but didn't have much luck. thanks

99% of the aftermarket wheels out there will let you swap your TPMS sensors over. if you have band sensors, then you can get new bands, take the sensor off the OEM wheels and put the new bands and sensor on the new wheels. if you have the rubber, snap-in sensors then you will need new valve stems. just unscrew the sensor from the old stem, put sensor on new stem, pull stem/sensor threw the hole in the new wheel.

When I went with Fuel wheels, they could not use the OEM bands, had to switch to the valve type. Not a big deal.
