Brake Controller Suggestions

Any recommendations for a good brake controller? When I sold my truck I forgot to grab it so I need a new one for towing a travel trailer.

Tekonsha Prodigy P3, don't have one, but the Excursion/Super Duty owners that do love them!

I have the P3, still getting used to it since I don't tow that much, but I do love it. The diagnostics that you can pull up on it can make life easier if you're having problems.

I bought a P3 and harness from Evilbay. Very easy to hookup and use.

I've been using the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 for about 6 years or more now. Either the P2 or P3 are the way to go. Had ordered mine with the Factory Harness from Etrailer.com. Simple plug in installation. It took longer trying to find the harness under the dash. I tow a 8x18 car trailer and a 31ft Travel Trailer.

I had a Prodigy 1st series on my 05 from the day I bought it off the lot. Worked great. I ordered up a P-3 for my "new" older Ex. Waiting to get it installed. I scored a lightly used back in the box P-2 to put in my F350, since I don't tow as much with the F-350...
You can't go to wrong with any of the Prodigy's!
Garry
