Sure thing! It currently isnt removed, but I hope to here in the next week or two. PM (Private Message) me and Im sure we can work something out. IDK what it will take to ship it.
I actually will have a good front tank and rear tank up for grabs. The rear is a tad rusty, but doesnt leak!
O'Rileys carries both plastic and steel pretty cheaply (somewhere in the neighborhood of 100$). My rear tank has a hole in it, so I've got an 18 gallon waiting to go in. I realized too late you can also get the 38 gallon rear tank that bolts in if you relocate the spare.
I like my 38 gallon rear, But my bed had some waves in it from it being a truck and the vent I put on top of the tank to run up to the filler neck got crushed into the top.
The fit is tight if you put an aftermarket vent in there.
But other than that i love it.
With my 38 rear and the stock front I went 725 miles without having to fill up.
That was from northern IL to RRE in TN.
The 38 gallon tank is nice. I modded the tire hanger to hold the spare under there, which there's plenty of room.
I wanted to ask you regarding your vent on the top of the tank to filler neck. Did you find a elbow that fit in top of the tank with room between it and the bed? I also recall you had a 1" body lift on the truck?
Wanted to call and ask, but since it wasnt injector related and you being so busy I didnt want to bother.
I found a 3/4" base to 1/2" barb elbow that had to work. I couldnt find anything in brass that would have a low enough profile.
Sorry to hijack. I just wanted to catch Jim while he was on.
No body lift on that truck, and it was 4 years ago or so and I don't recall what I did for the vent. Sold that truck a while back so I can't go out and look for you.
Sorry.
