Isspro EV2 light flickering

I have 5 Isspro gauges that flicker when turned down low.

My truck does have the automatic headlights *however* I have the Isspro dimmer wired separately from the factory dimmer. The Isspro dimmer gets its power from the brown parking light wire so the gauge lights come on when my headlights switch on.

I also have the warning light programmer and software. Is it possible to program the gauge lighting to stop the flickering when turned down? If so, what values do I set them at?

I am aware of the autometer LED dimmer but I already have the Isspro dimmer mounted in the dash and wired in so I'd prefer not to have to change anything. Unless I can somehow control the autometer dimmer through the Isspro switch?

Check the dash light dimmer switch on the dash and make sure it is not turned down. Just a little will make mine flicker...

My Isspro gauges are not connected to my factory dimmer... both are dimmed separately

I had spoke to Clay at RR one time about this and he said its normal for the EV2 to do that since its LED and not a standard bulb. The leds only dim so far then start to flicker then go completely off. But that is normal when you dim a little too far.

I have the gauges hooked up both to my factory dimmer and the dimmer that came with them. I have the Isspro dimmer all the way up and my factory dimmer turned down just before they flicker and that I have found is perfect for me. Hope this helps.

I had a thread on the same issue a few months ago. Mine are connected through the dimmer though. I would still think the auto head light option with the programmer would still fix it, assuming it actually fixes it the other way. I never ordered the program...

I just reprogrammed all the gauges to the auto headlight valves, taking the voltage number from 8 to 1.7. Will report back how well it works after it gets dark tonight!

Mine flicker also when turned down too low. It must be the nature of the beast as stated previously.

I tried out the gauges last night after reprogramming them with lower values.

They still flicker when turned down low, but slightly not as bad as they used to.

I guess I don't know that the warning ight programmer and software is? Did you choose not to wire the lights to the factory dimmer switch? My s isspro dimmer is wired seperately and tucked under the dash. I just use the factory dimmer...
