So,
All my dash lights work....except the ones that actually light up the gauges. The highbeam indicator...works
the turn signal lights...work (with some wiggling)
The brake light works initially like its suspose to.
but the gauges don't light up in the dark.
The gauges all work (even my ammeter)
All my actual lights work.
I pulled the gauges off, traced the wiring laminate from the bulb back to where power comes into the gauges. Good continuity. I checked from the headlight switch to the gauges, good continuity. I checked all fuses and from the fuse block up to the headlight switch....good continuity. I swapped bulbs to ensure they were blown (with the turn signal bulbs), everything is working....minus these too. The headlight switch is less than 30 days old (but doesn't mean anything) and I ordered a new one. But wanted to pick everyones heads for another avenue of approach. As always thank you for the help and have a great day.
Yeah I twisted the ****. Still nothing. when I put a new switch in about a month ago, those lights did work; once I found the sweet spot of the rheostat. But now they just don't work at all.
