I have a 92 F150, 302 cubic inch engine. After I have been driving the truck around and pop the hood I see water condensing on the air conditioning lines on the fire wall and on the black pressure tank (not sure what this part does except it's part of the air conditioning system. It could be where the expansion valve is, I don't know for sure.) It definitely feels cooler to the touch hence the condensation.
I have the air conditioning off, but the serpentine belt turns the air conditioning system anyway. The air condition system still works when I turn it on. So is this normal?

is it just turning the ac pulley or is the clutch engaged and turning the compressor too?
