Coil Buzzing
86 Ford Bronco 5.0
Just swapped from efi to carb. Will start and run but I get a buzzing sound from coil when I have the fuel pump on. When this happens it is continuously arcing. I have the factory fuel pumps wired in to a toggle switch with power from the battery. Tach also bounces around when this happens. I have a wire running from toggle switch to the factory plug the efi harness hooked up to for power to the pumps. Does not always happen at initial start up but seems to always begin after engine warms up. Is this a grounding issue from the conversion, an issue found in using factory high/low pressure pumps after a conversion?
