diy hpop psi test
guys, made a hpop tester. A whopping 40 buks..
. At idle, i'm seeing 550psi. When starting, i saw 2000psi. At 1500rpm, got 900psi and 2k rpms got 1250psi All these numbers seem legit to a healthy hpop and IPR? Gonna "custom" out the cowl to incorportate the gauge, so i can get some WOT runs in.
Kind of cool, left the #5 fitting in the p/s rear port with cap on it, so for future "diagnostics", its easy to get to.
Doing wot runs, what speed/rpm range would be good, considering i got a 6spd. No way in heck, i can reach 3k in 6 gear, not gonna happpen, but 5th, i can pull it.
