I have a 1996 bronco with a 302 and a M5OD.
I have only one question. Why when i try to get the tires spinning does the axel push foward and spring back causing the whole bronco to shake violently. The tires will start to squeel but then the whole truck shutters. Why does this happen and what can be done to fix it?
I believe it has more to do with the manual tranny than the axle. I have a 1993 F-250 with 460 ZF-5Speed my rear end hops alot when trying to do a burn out, I have found that 3rd gear works the best in my truck for doing burnouts on freshly paved surfaces, got to leave the first mark! My cousin has the same truck with a E40D and he can smoke the tires till the cows come home. I believe it has something to do with the play in the drive train
