Ford 9 inch swap
my buddy has a 1965 pickup, we believe it has a 8 3/4 inch, but it looks just like a 9 inch, found a web site about it

that says it is a 8 3/4 ring gear, WDM-AC 3.25:1 8 3/4 that is the tag code on the hog's head. if it is a 8 3/4 ring gear will a 9 inch ring gear fit into the housing? anyone heard of a Ford 8 3/4 ring gear? and if it is will a ford 9 inch ring gear fit in the housing? Thanks For the help. Dan
