No reading FLP

No reading FLP

04 6.0 acting up again,installed rebuilt FICM Oct. 2012 having same symptoms as before, just this time No reading for FLP ...Scan G 2 rechecked values 4 times . Hot Or Cold Nothing ??? Any Ideas or is this mean no voltage? Thanks All. UGH!!!!!!

Try the numbers out of the tech folder, or scan gauge web, I think the ficm may have a bent pin eather plug or could be unit it self ,most of fte freinds use Ed at ficm repair, because he goes thru the whole unit and its done right (the first time ).What Issuies are you Haveing?

FICM same issue

I found two different #s for TXD , tried both....still nothing. I bought this one from Ed, got a call into him now. When going up hills it wants to cough and has little power, same problem 15k ago. Installed unit from Ed and have been go to go ..until now, same symptoms. But before I could read FLP volts...not now???? Wondering..... Thanks.

I'm having the same problem. This is from AmDriven, he's the ScanGauge guru...

FICM Logic Power (Volts) (Should be 12 volts)
 TXD: 07E02209CF
 RXF: 0462450906CF
 RXD: 3010
 MTH: 006401000000
 NAM: FLP

I have just installed my ScanGague and plugged in the many custom gauge features... but I cannot get my FLP to read anything...

Everything else works and I have no codes. Vehicle is running exceptional...
I DID however, recently have a BP FICM installed so maybe thats the rub???

Maybe Linear Logic has an answer??? I will try to call the customer service for them when I get a chance

The 1st code that use to work inTXD was 0702209EF But tried CF ..but still no values!!??

Hey just got an E from Ed . He said to delete FLP & reinstall it. Rg

I just went out and looked at mine.

Same as posted above. Works fine.

Not sure what is happening with this rash of FLP issues.

Hope you guys get it figured out.

Theres a Fuse and relay that must work to get FLP & FICMMP

Do you get FICM MP??

IIRC if you did NOT have FLP the truck would not run so if runs bad it might be bad code and the drivability concern is something else

There have been a few isssues with 58volt FICM and gauges reading them correctly and NOT Limited to ScanGaugeII

However if you do have the 58v FICM SG should be able to tweek a code to read the higher voltage

Yep.... that was the ticket. I deleted the original input FLP and re-entered in a new slot and viola... it worked!

Also got my fuel level too... so now I have all I want put in
