The Big Question
I have a 2003 6.0 with 195,000 miles on it has coolant filter straight exhaust blue spring and scan gauge 2 well the oil cooler is almost time to be change the big question I was asking was if I get egr delete new cooler and delete egr can this motor give me another 200,000 miles I know no one can really answer this question bit opions will be greatly appreciated

Run6.0run got just over 580,000 before he had to rebuild his lower half, and with proper maintenance there is no reason yours can't too. But start a slush fund for repairs because eventually there are gonna be things that need to be replaced, like injectors.

You should be Fine since already running some the Longevity mods {Coolant filter,Blue Spring}
Id add ELC and synthetic oil and maybe you already have these
replace the Screen uder oil cooler to the Updated Stainless steel one
Make sghure to Flush cooling system before the oil cooler change and dont cut any corners here do it yourself us VC-9 Cleaner and pull thermostat during set ti High Idel (1100rpm) for 1 hour with cleaner in driveway

Yea I always run synthetic oil and change it every 4000 miles i did a coolant flush about 15000 miles ago but I was an idiot and put that ford gold coolant back in I want to do another coolant flush with vc9 and try to run it on the coolant filter as long as I can before I get a new oil cooler
