intermitten wipers

intermitten wipers
Can anyone help me my wipers work fine on low and high however they stop wherever i turn them off at and the delay dont work 01 explorer sport thanks in advance

Since they stop at whatever position they are at when you turn them off, it sounds like the issue is probably with the motor assembly which contains the park circuit. I'm less confident that would impact the delay circuit without digging in to the wiring diagrams.

I know they may sound dumb, but also make sure that the nuts that hold the wiper arms down are tight.
