Yes they will fit and as for looks... that's up to you.
Some say it doesn't look right to have the big squared bulky look on the body style of our trucks with the flowing lines. Others love it.

Mounting it will line up just fine. The wiring is a whole other story.
There are some threads on here that have all of the wiring info. Do a search for "mirrors" in this forum and you will find the wiring info pretty quick and some options if you get the lighted mirrors with or without heat.
It is fairly easy to do. And a nice change from the small mirrors.
