I talked to Mike at Recon, great guy, has helped me with a few things, he has already shipped out a few extra sets of LEDs for the bottom of my headlights! :O that was very quick reply back within 10 minutes! Very good customer service, I wouldn't be afriad of getting another set thats for sure!. I am going to be changing the wiring up, once I get better connectors, and I still have to set my headlights, not sure exactly how to do that. But I will figure it out I hope! I will probably be making a video install on these lights and posting it up on youtube for others to look at in the near future. Along with my amp/subwoofer install on this truck too, and when my lift kit comes in, that as well.

Yes there are lots of nice wheels out there.

I stumbled on this combination the other day

Rim Details | LRG Rims – Coming up BIG

Tire Search Results

20 x 10 -44's (which would push my tires out another 1.25") and 37 x 13.5's. I think would look good!

But it's going to have to wait a bit

Nice work on the lights!!!

Ryan from Recon is sending me a new inverter as well for my CFFL. I hope that takes care of my issue. So far Recon Customer Service has been very good from my personal experience.

I have never dealt with recon and likely never will because of some of the things I have heard. Seem like it is either really good or really terrible.......

Ya that suck Paul. I have heard similar from others.

With the black bumpers now I am thinking all black wheels. Get rid of all the chrome. Grille may go too.....

But I am out of money so not going to happen any time soon

Your LED light might not be bad, try taking that one out and turning it 180 deg. and reinstall it. LEDs act like diodes and electric only will flow in one direction to light them up.

I pulled them off this weekend, and redid a few connectors with better heat shrink fit ones, and zip tied wires up and screw the CCFL inverters to the back of the lights where there was a convenient screw hole. After that was said and done, one of my halos was dimmer then the rest and the inverter was making a fizzlying noise, after driving the truck for 2.5 hrs the inverter isnt making the noise and the halo is bright again. None the less I emailed them about it, and I check the LED out, still couldnt get it to light up, checked all the connections too.

I LOVE the look personally, just hope they last a long time! I am gonna upgrade the lights to HID if I can here though.

Here is a teaser video for you guys

I have a qoute from a mr wheel deal for these rims.
<table align="center" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" height="165" width="215"><tbody><tr><td colspan="2" height="40" valign="bottom">Fuel Hostage
Part# D53018901750
</td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2" bgcolor="#D0D0D0" height="1"></td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center" height="50" width="110">

</td> <td height="150" width="105"> Finish: Chrome
Size: 18x9
Offset: 1
BP: 8x170

Price (4): $1049
Shipping: Free</td></tr></tbody></table>
+ $100 to ship them my way, and

LT35x12.50x20 Federal Couragia MT tires for $929

I gotta get a reqoute for 18" tires not 20" but that is a rough idea for rims and tires for the beast.

I am looking into a standard 6" BDS lift, I would preffer the 4 link 6" but it is 3 grand compared to 2250. Not so sure yet, might go with the pro-comp system. I am just curious how does this back spacing or offset work with the rims? like are these rims I have selected going to cause any problems with rubbing on the front once I get 35" tires on it?

Oh I thought about it hard, but not for $300, I'd like to see a video of them at night, cause I'm not to sure how tacky they look to be completely honest, but if recon sent me a pair to try I wouldnt argue
