Rear turn flasher brake light problem

On my 1995 E-350 7.3 turbodiesel I have an issue with the rear turn signal lights are on when the brakes are on.
I have orange turn signals in the rear and electronic flasher (There's no flasher relay on the fuse box).

When I press the brakes my turn signals also light up with the brake lights.
When I let off the brakes I have normal red running lights.

When I activate brakes and left or right turnsignal, the turn signal flashes as normal and the other turn signal is on without flashing.
It's the same either direction.

What happened here? Anybody have a circuit diagram showing wires/relays and color codes?

I managed to solve the problem today.
Found a light green wire, disconnected it and everything worked perfectly.
Seems like the Norwegian dealership had this wire connected to make their daytime runninglights relay work.
I disconnected the relay, since I don't want daytime running lights (They drain the battery in extreme winter conditions before start).

Can anyone confirm that I disconnected the wire from Hazard to brake switch and high mounted stop light? Or have I found a different light green wire.
Wiring diagram from Chilton's repair manual.

I have no advice for the turn signal issue but most OE DRL installations do not illuminate the DRLs while the park brake is engaged. Maybe you have reason to not engage the park brake while the vehicle is parked?

The DRL installation here is not original, they just added a standard Bosch relay.
In the picture, you can see the other 2 wires they connected.
One is a red with black stripe below the green one I'm talking about.
The other is seen below the turn flasher relay.

The fuse they used on this setup, kept blowing every once in a while. Including the lightbulbs burning out at the same time.
I was tired of these extra costs of lightbulbs and fuses, so I removed it.
Another reason is the winter starting at minus 30 degrees Celsius.

After removing this, I haven't had any bulbs or fuses burning out, and my lights are no longer varying in intensity.
