Is it better to get the LMC truck seals, or one of the kits you see on eBay? I know LMC can be the same quality as the eBay products when it comes to some things...
My passenger side window felts are done and cause that window to rattle bad. Figure I might as well do the seals and felts on both sides.
The only other seal that's an issue is the windshield but that'll be done when I get it replaced. Definitely not a rusted out frame at least
I used the LMC seals and they are of good quality.
I am wary of buying from E-bay as I have ripped off too many times (items not honestly representing what you get).
I just ordered mine from LMC. I can't speak for their 'quality' just yet BUT from my little bit of research they're suppose to be at the least a proper fit. I was weary about buying a set from JC whitney because there were like 10 different listings (ok i'm obviously exaggerating here) for what looked like the same part with different part numbers and similar descriptions. LMC might have been a few bucks more but it was laid out nicely in their catalog and I know exactly what I am getting. Plus I'm sure (or at least I would like to hope) LMC is providing a part that's going to be correct to the vehicle more so than some eBay'er since they are a 'restoration' catalog.
Hope this helps. If I remember when mine show up, I'll update this post. I also ordered the body weather stripping and such as all of mine is shot.
I puchase my window seals from jeffsbroncograveyard.com and was very happy with the product. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the reputable websites
