Welcome to FTE! There are tons of experts here. (I'm not one of them. )
What kinds of tweaking are you wanting to do on your 52?
Also, we love pictures, lots of pictures.
To get pictures loaded the easiest way is to get a photobucket account (free), upload them there and then use the mountain scene icon to add the link to the photo.

Did I mention we love pictures?

Howdy. Posted photos in an album titled Blue 52. How do I get a picture next to my sign in name?

Tweaking

I am having the steering box rebuilt, then its off to the transmission shop so I can downshift and not have to double clutch on the upshift. Gotta go...

On the first Blue banner click the one that says "User CP", then "edit Avatar". Then you can import a picture to use. You will get a box that will allow you to upload a picture. Just make sure it isn't too large, you may have to scale it down.
Welcome to the forum and Good choice on trucks! Love those '52's!

I see you're from Bosque Farms NM, haven't seen that truck around at any of the gatherings. How long have you had it? (You can also list your location in the User CP under "Location", it helps sometimes to have it listed)

I'm curious where you got the pics on the rotating stage? Did you buy it from a dealer?

It seems awkward, but whenever you "insert a picture" to one of these threads, the forum is looking for the picture somewhere on the web (which is always available) rather than from somewhere on your hard drive (which isn't always available).

Go to Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket and sign up for a free account. Then create an album for your truck. Upload any pics you want to post on FTE to that album. Have this album open on your computer when you want to post pics on FTE.

While you're making a post on FTE, select the pic you want to post from your Photobucket album. When the large version of the pic is open, right mouse click on it and select "View Image Info". The image info will be highlighted and will look something like this:
The best photos and videos | Photobucket

Copy that highlighted info (right click / copy).

When you have the spot in your post where you want the pic to be placed, select the "Insert Image" icon at the top of the post (looks like a mountain) and paste (right click / paste) the image info you copied in the highlighted box (just shows "http://" when it opens).

Your pic will be placed in the post.

Hope that helps.

Abq and Topmoo: Just got it a couple of weeks ago from Motoreum in TX. They are the ones who took the photos as well. Bunny Blue is in having the steering box rebuilt in Peralta, NM and then it will be off th Abq to have the tranny rebuilt. It will then be a fantastic driver and I may even show up at an event if I had the info. Thanks guys...

Looked at your photos. What a fantastic truck. We need to talk sometime since we are in the same area.

What engine does your truck have - Also courious what transmission is in there that a rebuild will solve the double clutching problem

I will likely drive down to the swap meet in Los Lunas on May 5th, BobbyTNM on here usually does too. We for sure need to hook up!

I'm curious about the trans too; it isn't a 4-sp is it? They weren't synchro'd at all, if it's the stock trans.

It is a 4 speed. How do you downshift without synchros?
