The sides were torn at all 4 corners, front Panel was rotted and a crossmember was rotted along with the bottom of the side panels
Bottom line 3-4 months work
OBP I think your Ok city or near visit mar-k they have parts for bed
Schoo, I think what I see in the pic of the wood floor is stain in the channel of the bed strips near the tailgate side, however, I have to ask, did you do some sort of a walnut finish to it ?. It looks pretty cool in the picture. Non the less, the bed looks amazing !

That's the way of wood
The stain is natural (clear oil) the oak is California black oak, the finish is west marine, semi gloss varnish
The lumber came from a friend of mine the center board is 9 1/2" wide hard to find an 8' that wide and strait!!
