The noise my lifters made was intermittent. Just FYI. Not tryin to give bad news. But if its a lifter, especially on cyl 8. The rear cover needs removed. Then the cam needs to come out. That's if it's a lifter. I'd pull the lpop regulator 12mm hex iirc on the front bottom of the engine n look for metal.
I read through a second time and did not see it, but any codes? I forgot the code but when I had a stuck injector on #8 I got the code for contribution misbalance. My truck did the exact same thing. Any power loss?
Thanks for all the feedback, very helpful! Bowl was about half full when I did the bubble test (no bubbles). Anthony I'll check for metal, thanks. Btw did you get any bent pushpods? No codes at the moment even with injectors unplugged. I did have #8 contribution code before I changed the drivers side injectors.
I'd like to see a video listening under the hood during startup and shutdown. Not really gonna hear lifter noises until the shutdown. Unless its a catastrophic failure, then, well, you will hear all kinds of crap. The injector sounds more promising tho. But I think a lifter trend is happening.

OK, I checked the LPOP regulator as advised and not one speck of anything, squeaky clean. Uploading a couple of videos now.
Also I wanted to share a fact that might give us a clue: When I originally removed #8 injector it was the hardest to remove, the other 3 just came out no problem, while #8 was sort of tight all the way out. Same to install, #8 required more effort on the ratchet to reinstall. No power tools were involved. This is my only clue that might suggest a problem with the head.
Note: My comment in this video below about the quick start up is relative to the fact that it took a lot longer at 48v and one cylinder is not playing fairly.
I recorded the test, video bellow, please note the miss during crank I know one of you guys can recognize this crank pattern in your sleep. I'm thinking my next step is a compression test unless it's pointless for diagnosing this issue.
