347 stroker balancing ?

347 stroker balancing ?
built a 347 stroker engine, purchased internals from coast high performance. balanced for 28 oz external, my question is do i offsett the 28oz weights on the dampner and flywheel or do i align them on the same side. 1st engine build so im kinda new, any help would be appreciated
