It's time to replace my worn out, leaking, over price, 3 year old Bilstein 5100 shocks.
After doing a search and reading countless threads about Monroe Reflex shocks shocks, I have had no luck finding the part # for my 1999 F-250 4x4 with 3" leaf pack on the front and air lifts on the rear.
I don't even what to try to asking my local 19 year parts monkey.
I need the part#s and the best place to buy them Please, and thank you.
Well, by no means is this definitive, but here is what I found while recently looking. Mine is stock height, 4x4.

Those were looking on Amazon, through Shock Warehouse.
Good luck.
No idea on the numbers for your lifted unit but Amazon had the best prices when I bought mine a few months ago. Just search the part numbers when you get them.
My stock '00 4X4 used the same numbers as listed above. $36 & $35 each front and rear with free shipping.
I opted for the Gas Magnum, only for the slight price difference. Ordered from Rock Auto at 1:30 in the afternoon and they were delivered before noon the next day! Their website will point you to the right shocks. There is a $30 rebate till the end of the month on a set of 4.
Bonus is the yeller shocks are made in the USA!
You're not going to find a Reflex shock for a lifted truck, they were just long enough to install on my (now) stock height truck, at full suspension droop.
You will likely have to go with a Rancho shock, which Monroe owns.
Part numbers are for a 4" over stock:
