E4OD slipping in all forward gears

After installing a used transmission from a 92 f-350 with a new triple clutch converter.New filter and fluid. I installed a new MLPS sensor but couldnt adjust it so I reused the old one. Installed 27k after market trans cooler. All the trans wants to do is slip in all forward gears. Reverse engages and doesnt slip at all. When I put the trans in 1,2 and drive the truck lurches forward and seems to engage fine but all it wants to do is rev and slip. It does shift into every gear. I was able to do 70 so overdrive is working. While idling in park no overdrive light flash. If i rev the truck in park the overdrive light will start flashing and continue to flash. It will also flash if I do the same in every gear but reverse. The front pump seal does leak a small steady stream. Is the trans not able to build enough pressure? or is something wrong with the forward clutch pack, sensor or solenoid ? Planning on buying a pressure tester and code reader tomorrow. I bought an 7.3 engine, e4od and transfer case for 600. The transmission had a Ford quality renewal sticker on it and truck had 150k miles. Fluid looked bright red, didnt smell bad and wasnt much in pan.
