on its own, probably not. you might see a slight increase in hp, like maybe 5 - 10hp, but probably not enough to really notice.
the biggest gain would be in weight savings. those stock cast iron intakes are heaaaavyyyyyy.
as part of a larger package, yes. talking intake, carb, cam, headers, good dual exhaust, proper head work especially on the exhaust side, recurved dist, etc. 460's with these mods are quite capable of an easy 500hp more if you really do up the heads with larger valves and porting work.
