Reuse heads off old engine?

So while trying to get my recently purchased low miles 7.5 engine loaded in to my buddy's truck I failed to notice the two broken off rear manifold bolts in one of the heads. Now I begin the tedious process of removing them and finally get a good grip with the easy out and... SNAP! Crack goes the head where the bolt hole is. There's no reason to belive my trucks heads are bad so my question is: Should I just pull the old ones manifolds and all and after a quick go-through install them on my newer engine?

Looks like you have no other choice now if they broke the way you described. There is no practical way to fix it.

If I wasn't so cheap, I'd burn it to the ground and buy a new one. I'll pull my heads this weekend and see where I'm at. I'll go with the newer valve train since it has 220,000 less miles on it.
