Bilstein 5100's
I purchased Bilstein 5100's for all four corners which several web sites say I have the correct shocks (Front & Back). Only problem is that the top arbor pin is 5/8" and the shock ID is ~1/2". The bottom ID on the Shock is 5/8" and the bolt is 1/2". I checked with a local parts store and they confirmed I have the correct Shocks. I'm at a loss with this puzzle. Any suggestions how to fix this and still use these Bilstein shocks? Thanks Jim

Turn the shock over. Look at the drain holes on the schock boot and the label, they will be at the right orientation if the shock is boot side down. I questioned mine when I bought them too!
