If you read the numbers on the relays themselves and look them up, you might be able to figure out what they go to. There are many different applications and uses for the different relays. I don't think there are enough colors to differentiate them all.

Edit: F8PZ-14N135-AA (replaced F19Z-9345-A & E3TZ-9345-A) .. Fuel Pump Relay (Motorcraft DY-864) / See post 10.

Without an ID number on the brown relay, I cannot tell you what it is.

Without an ID number, I cannot verify. All I can tell you is this:

E6FZ-12A646-B .. EEC Relay Assy (Motorcraft DY-502) / Obsolete

1987/89 E150/350 300 I-6 / 1988/89 E250/350 460 / Also used on some cars, but I didn't look up the applications.

Last MSRP: $38.88 / Dealer net cost: $25.92.

There are dozens available NOS (New Old Stock).

Only MN dealer that has one = Chuck Spaeth Ford in New Ulm (507-354-3179). Call and do a comparo.

In-house FoMoCo Dealer Parts Locator System (website) says: F19Z-9345-A replaced by: F8PZ-14N135-AA (Motorcraft DY-864).

There was no Motorcraft part number for F19Z-9345-A nor E3TZ-9345-A that was replaced by F19Z.

MSRP: $21.53 / FTE Ford Dealer Parts Dept sponsor tousleyfordparts.com online price: $10.76 / Tousley Ford ~ White Bear Lake MN

Whiz down to your local dealer, see if you can find E7FZ-12A646-A listed for a 1987/89 Econoline.

Lotsa luck. 1980/89 Ford Light Truck Parts Catalog lists E6FZ-12A646-B / It's obsolete, there's no replaced part number for it.

How can you figure E7FZ-12A646-A is correct since you don't have this parts catalog? It's available on a CD from hipoparts.com

E7FZ-12A646-A not listed in the 1980/89 Ford light truck parts catalog (3/1994 final edition) for a 1987/89 Econoline.

I ran (what this parts catalog lists) E6FZ-12A646-B on the Ford Dealer Parts Locator System. None of the 24 Ford Parts Depots have any and there's no replacing part number for it.

There are 35 available NOS

I have nothing to do a comparo with as I'm retired, sitting on my backside in my family room here in LA LA Land, using a laptop and a microfiche viewer, because my '80/89 catalog is on FoMoCo microfiche slides.

Contact Tousley Ford and ask them...as there's nothing else I can do.
