I have a 64 styleside with a 292 3 speed trans. Someone before me put a floor shifter in and discarded the shifting arms. I would like to put things back as they were but need the shifting arms. Does anyone out there have an extra set to sale or leads to fine them. Thanks Necco-2
Dennis Carpentar has the arms that fit on the transmission (57-64) listed in their catalog for 10.00 each; however the lever arms at the steering column are listed for 65-72. Don't know which you are asking for.

The 1st/reverse & 2nd/3rd shift rods are missing. The two levers on the trans may be present, as aftermarket 3 speed floor shifters usually connect to them.
It's also possible that the two manual control selector levers at the bottom of the steering column were removed. You're going to have to look and see.
You're probably going to need more parts, because most people install a floor shifter when the shift collar breaks (common) and/or the hole in the shift tube where the lever fits in, wallows out.
They don't know where to find the parts, so they install a floor shifter. Both the collar and shift tube are available NOS
Thanks one and all for the information. I checked and I do have the arms on the end of the steering column. I do not have the arms on the transmission. They have been replaced with the arm's that go with the floor shifter. I can purchase new one's from D.C. and will do so along with the new bushing kit. I still need the connecting rods. What if any other years will fit the 64. Thanks again you guys, you are always so helpful. Necco-2

Open your peepers and read post 4 again. I listed the part numbers and the applications for the shift rods. Found THREE of the 2/3 shift rods NOS
Ok, but does anyone have an extra 1st & Rev. rod that they would sell for my 64 F100
I also called Griesel Motors and they could not tell me the cost. The lady said they would e-mail me later !!!!. Thanks Number Dummy
