03 Nav eletrical cuts out while driving for about 1 second

Has anyone else had this problem or have any ideas where to start looking. While driving on the highway twice in the past week the electrical in the navigator cuts out for about 1 second, losing engine power, dash lights, radio, ... then it comes right back and engine keeps running as well. It is as if I turned off the ignition for a second and then back on. The first time this happened was 4 months ago and now it started again.

A bad ignition switch perhaps?

Do you have any codes? Check into TSB 04-14-9 which is specific to your model year concerning a chafing wire harness.

I was thinking ignition switch as well.

I have no trouble codes showing. Never see charging system light come on. All lights come on just like when you first put the key in and start the car.

I am thinking a bad connection somewhere. Maybe the TSB is related to this problem.
