You left out several bits of data from your warranty plate that could be decoded, but here's the information from what you've provided: F10 = F100 2 wheel drive 5000 pound GVW truck. J = 240 cubic inch 1 bbl I-6 engine. L = built at Michigan Truck Assy plant. 689995 = built in May, 1965. 115 = your wheelbase in inches. TM = your two tone paint codes: T = Sandshell (or possibly Sahara) Beige, M = Wimbledon White. A = 3 speed manual light duty transmission. 09 = Ford 9 inch non-limited slip differential with 3.70 gears. Hope this helps!

Serial numbers (last 6 digits of VIN) apply to ALL series' of trucks & Econolines, not just F series. Add Bronco's beginning in 1966.
