Hi All, I just looked at the Classic Truck Glass site that Bernard just posted and the whole kit is $25 cheaper than MF. Pays to shop around. Check it out- thank Bernard
BJ, Grant, Bernard, and Stuart, I finally had Dean post my Solid Window installation instructions on face book since the file is to large to send to you all on email. Just click on my Copperas Cove Hobby Restoration link and you should be able to pull it up. Click on see more to view the complete text. Would someone let me know if it works. I plan to add pics of my mirror fix next week, so stay tuned. Good luck to all.
Thanks, Glenn! Worked like a charm for me. I "Liked" your page, as well. I'll copy the text & pictures to a designated folder tonight.
Like you, I've learned so much from the knowledgeable & friendly guys on this forum, I'm glad when I can add something that might be helpful for others.
Well guys, I just posted my mirror fix on my facebook link, with pics and a drawing. If you have access to a lathe or a machinist friend, you can have them made. It's made of aluminum so it's easy to machine. Good luck!
