So I noticed that if I turn the key to on but dont try to crank it and then after several seconds when I do try to crank it it just turns over and over but I can turn the key to off and then back to on and it will crank right up every time, just that if you dont crank it right after you turn the key to on it doesnt seem to be getting fuel although sitting I have 65 +/- psi on my fuel pressure guage. Anyone else notice this? I normally crank it when I turn the key and its non issue starting but if I dont immediately crank it it just wont. Could it be that the fuel pump has cut off from its initial turn over? Thanks.
Driving FICM voltage isn't very relevant to starting. It's very common for the driving voltage to be fine, yet the voltage during the glow plug cycle and the actual starting process be quite low. Common failure mode, not common for a normal FICM, I mean.
