I am have the ratcheting on turns after replacing the fluid. The shop who did claims they put stuff in that already has the friction modifier but I'm guessing not.

Add 4oz of friction modifier at a time until it stops

Its a shame when even shops don't get it right.
glad i will do mine myself. I will have no problem
Taking it back to add more additive until it is perfect.
Then at 200k i will know how much to add!
My tire shop yesterday offered to do the oil
and filter change while i was there.
I said no thanks i have BPD aftermarket oil
filter system.
