Crankshaft specs?

Anyone know the specs for crank journal diameter as far as what a stock crank should be and what would be within spec?
Mainly looking for the rod journal specs. Have three rods that the bearings are worn and pretty rough but the rest look almost new still. They didnt appear to have spun in the rod so I'm hoping I can get away with polishing the crank and replacing the rod bearings for now until I can find another engine, or a bigger budget.
Maybe rod spec as well if possible.

One question, are the connecting rod journal #'s max- minimum spec?
Basically should it be allowable to be any less than the lower number listed?
