Dually diesel 4x4 E-350

What on earth is this thing? It looks for all the world like someone took an E-350, cut off the rear end, and glued on a rear from a late-70's/early-80's pickup. And a dually rear axle. And an IDI. Oh, and 4x4!

Somebody buy it, I guess? Looks pretty neat and certainly unique.

That looks like a Centurion conversion, though I have never seen a 4X4 model. They started with a cut a way van front and frame, and added a fiberglass area for a second seat, and a pickup box on the rear. My cousin had the first one I ever saw, and I thaught that it was the neatest thing.

I like it, seen a few of em before, but only 2wd. I dont think its too far out of the question for someone to have stuck a D60 under it.
