Running Rough, Vacuum leak?

Running Rough, Vacuum leak?
Hey Guys, I have a 2005 F150 4X4 Triton 5.4. She is running rough and my A/C and Heat will ONLY blow out of the floor vents. Seems like a vacuum leak to me. But I can't find any vacuum lines that are obviously broken or leaking. ANY HELP? Thanks,

It turns out that this is 2 separate issues.
1. When the previous owner replaced the spark plugs, he put the #4 ignition coil on top of the fuel injector wire and not to mention that some water accumulated in the spark plug housing making the truck run rough. RESOLVED
2. I'm still working on the A/C issue. I have vacuum in the line against the P/S firewall in the engine compartment. I'm going to check the switch behind the center console, as soon as I figure out how to remove the front panel.
