A few questions

I've got a 68 F100 two wheel drive truck that I've done the Crown Vic frontend on. I'm attempting to use my original steering column and I bought both shafts from Ford for the swap. I'm finding out the intermediate shaft is going to work best for me. I'm going to have to find a universal with 36 splines on one end and a DD on the other. Shouldn't be to hard to find though. My question is, I'm using a 71 model 302 engine and I'm wondering what type of header everyone is using? And also what kind of offset am I going to need for the wheels? Right now I have the stock 9" in it but will more than likely put an 8.8 out of an Expedition in it. Looking also to 4 link the rear end because after I did the shackle flip I'm looking to go a little lower on the rear end. I've read on just about everyones thread that has done this type of build. And as of now I have just a regular master cylinder (no power brakes) what are you using for a booster? I would prefer to buy new if not too expensive. OK, starting to ramble here. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Gary
