Leaking pump maybe?

Leaking pump maybe?
I have chased down this leak for weeks. It covers the top front of the motor with what I think is fuel an not oil. It will not leak when idling so I guess it has to have a load on it.
I have narrowed it down to the pump an maybe where the lines conect to it. I isolated it by putting paper towels in different spot then driving it .
The spray that covers everything seems to be to be a oily residue allmost like fuel and oil mixed. Any suggestions? I have olives from when I did the orings but got lazy an didnt do those If this ends up to be the issue.
