P0054 code

P0054 code
Anyone have any experience with this code? A couple of days ago my emissions light came on in my truck and the P0054 is the code I get when I scan it. Did a little research online and it looks like it could possibly be a 02 sensor issue, looking to see if anyone had any real life experience dealing with it. Truck seems to be runing fine.. I have a 06 F150 with a 5.4

I am working through several issues on my 97 Expdition. I guess I'd get warm up the engine check the the electrical connection to the first or heated O2 sensor. Using a multi meter check the voltage. The voltage should range between .1 and .09. If it is within range, check the sensor. Also make sure the sensor and heater have battery current.
I am guessing the heater on the heated O2 sensor has worn out. With that in mind, the readings from that sensor might not register until it is warmed up, once it's warmed up it the issue resolves itself, but still throws the code.
It is just a hunch and only my opinion.
