Cooling issues!

Ok so I have 04' v10 automatic. I have been running heater most of the time since its winter. When I drive it if the heater is not on or the air is on it will start heating up in about 10 min of driving as soon as I turn the heater on the temp drops down . I have replaced the thermostat twice and have flush the whole system twice and made sure there where no air bubbles in the system. I just dont know what the problem is either the radiator has blockage or something else is going on. Like I said it takes about 10 or 15 mins then it will start heating up. I dont think the clutch fan is bad because it has some drag if I try to turn it by hand.

When you say the temp drops down when you turn on the heater are you talking about the air temp coming out the vents or the engine temp? If you are talking about air temp coming out of the vents sounds like a restriction somewhere either in your heater hoses, heater radiator, or the temp. mixture switch (cool to warm switch).

im not sure if I follow you,,,,
are you sure its not just that your thermostat is just opening up and cycling until everything is at a constant temp? and your felling the temp cycles until full temperature has been reached

What I mean by heats up it gets hot the engine temp to the point that its about to shut down and go into safety mode. The thermo stat is oem temp dont remember what degree exactly off hand think its 195.
