Parts compatability

Theres a ad for the following parts and I would like to know if they are of practicle value to me or not.
Stock parts 95 mustang gt 302
- Cylinder heads with all parts, camshaft, timing chain, egr and tube, 2 oxygen sensors, mac shorty headers, 19 lbs MAF, Ford racing spark plug wires, Ford racing valve covers. these are all the details in the ad.
The following parts come with the deal but are of no use to me
- rad hoses, air conditioning pump with rad, smog delete belt, starter.
I have a 89 f350, 351w with a zf-42 and I would like to add some power to it. This truck is only to be used to pull a 32' 5th wheel travel trailer
The shorty headers I can extend with my mig.
If these parts could be of value what should I be looking for. EG what kind of heads should they be in order for me to use. The whole deal is $200 but I have to take everything. If I'm not building a hotrod is this MAF sufficient, would the cam help or am I tossing it. I know I'll have to get a set of roller liftes to use it but can I use a set of low milleage lifters.
I know I exeeded my 1 question per thread limit but I can't count. Thank you for your advice, I'm not in love with these parts and I don't mind passing on them as theres other fish in the sea.

The only thing worth anything to you is the cam IMO, it's a healthy upgrade from what you have now but it's not worth $200 and you need fairly expensive roller lifters and a new set of pushrods to use it. The heads and injectors are the same as what's on your 5.8 now and the MAC headers would be an upgrade if the stock Y pipe and cat are replaced with something else when they are installed, otherwise it's a lot of work for no gain.

Thanx for the response Conanski, I'm glad you responded as now I don't have to weed thru any misinformation. I can get a set of shorty headers from down the street for a $100, their a year old. I'd rather go to a more appropiate cam for my use anyway. My truck doesn't have cats just a crossover tube and a o2 sensor between the pipes, it's dual exhaust into the muffler. Looks original but has real ugly welds with no sign of ever having cats, no split in pipes from manifolds to muffler.
Thanks for stopping me from adding to my scrap pile. Have a good day.
I used to live in the gleeb at 5th and Ralph in an old redstone 3 doors in from the school.
