Seek legal advise and go from there. We can't discuss specifics on here but you are on your own till you get appropriate representation.

Be prepared to produce maintenance records from day one,

Nothing new to report yet. I'm still waiting on a carrier to pick up my truck and take it to my dad in Ohio so he can see what's actually happened to the engine. I've also not heard anything from the dealership.
