1997 expedition ball joint

Hi, I have a 97 expedition and the two front lower ball joints are bad. About How much does it cost to fix. Thanks.

You would have to ask the local shop since we don't know their rates or mark-up.

When I bought new tires I was quoted over $900 for lowers only on my '01 around a year ago. This from a national chain. DIY price was less than $300 for hardware, ball joints, lower control arms, upper control arms and an alignment from the same national chain. There is a lot of information regarding this topic posted on this board. Do a search and follow up here with any questions.
